ANZAC has a transport in sz Java which is contested with Japanese ships.
Japan has a sub in sz 37 (on the coast of Malaya) and ANZAC has an infantry in Malaya.
Can ANZAC move its transport from Java sz to Malaya sz , load the infantry and then move to Borneo sz and capture the undifended island (for UK) with this infantry from Malaya?
Is this move legal?
Haven `t played in a long time and not 100 % sure about the rules.
P.S. Triple a allowes the move.
Thanks in advance
I am happy to answer, but I am not an official person on this forum, just so that is clear.
The move is legal. You are not in combat when you do your combat moves. Hence the transport can ignore the sub in the combat move phase, but it cant ignore the sub when it is actually conducting combat, then the transport must be asissted by a warship.
