Are the territories/boarders for 1941 identical to Zombies? Are the Industrial Complex location/types identical? Are all the territory values the same?
There are some small differences between the boards. The most important is the recruitment centers (infantry only factories) in India and Sinkiang.
You can just play the game without the Zombies. You can download on TripleA with the map, “Zombies-World War 2” and then play World War 2 v7.
