Can the Germans put naval units on SZ 110 if they have the industry in Normandy? Sorry for asking this question because we have a dispute with my fellow players and they don’t want to allow me to do it.

So the allies have to recapture the territories again and claim the IPC generated. Have i understood well?  Thank you Krieghund for your reply!

Let’s say the Germans have captured Moscow and after many rounds the UK and US manage to liberate Moscow putting the Russians back in play. The Germans though have quite a big force and recapture Moscow in the next round, or next two maybe.
First question: Does Germany take Russia’s IPC’s if it recaptures Moscow on the next round or does it take 0 because the collecting income count never occured for the Russian?
Second question: If Moscow is recaptured again on the next or second turn of the German all the territories that belonged previously to the allies (Russia’ territories were at limbo) do they have to recapture them? And what about the territories that already have allied units on them do they get controlled immediately by the allies?

It is unfair though because they both have to defend a lot of territories some of which are really far away. A little boost for Calcutta wouldn’t be bad, don’t you think?

If they both (london and calcutta) control their original territories, do they get each 5 IPC’s or only London? Do the Dutch territories in the Pacific need to be controled also?

Lets say that Calcutta has 10 tanks and London 10 more in Africa and they are both in the Europe map and they have combined their forces, do they attack together on turn London for instance or do they attack half and half? Thank you in advance

I’ll start this topic off (I already know the answer to most):
When the Axis take Novosibirsk, do the Russians lose the 2 free infantry a turn there or do they attack the territory somehow?

Where does it say that you get 2 free infantry from Novosibirsk?

Lets say the German has just captured Moscow and the Russian player has 36 IPC’s and hadn’t spent 3 IPC on his previous turn. Does the German get the 36 or the 3 IPC? I am asking because the rule book comments on unspent IPC. Thank you in advance
