With Sea Zone 14 Fleet to Sea Zone 13, no way to take Anglo-Egypt convincingly. Even with 1 bid unit to Libya United Kingdom can retake Anglo-Egypt.
Bid unit as Submarine to Sea Zone 8 make Un-Baltic not ideal. Paper is better as written then with Submarine bid.
Rule for strategy for all nation is check back door. Un-Baltic with Submarine bid leave back door open to United Kingdom.

tbh thought this is a better move combined with a sub bid in sz8 abd killing the sz 2 navy.
it´s still a strong play, agains many oponents, and in some situations. (when us actually go KJF)
killing japan seems to be even more unfashionable then before, so i would add, that you should hit earl massivly and then do more or lesss as you describe… - the dest if us doesn´t counter.
But i have another playstylr i think with japan, goes for rapid expansion and multiple IC´s.

And the in the same turn US loads and ofloads with the same transports? (here is where im in doubt, thought it´s allowed by tripple a engine)
Well to be honest using numerous Sbr´s are a desperate tactic at best.
You use it when you really, really need to make it happend. Otherwise it´s just to risky. (imho)

Never do ukraine… exposed russia hardware in g1, imho very bad for Russia.
I feel you can live with the results of a failure and still win te game, but it´s different how we all roll.

Another issue, you are building only tanks it sounds like. You need inf on the front against russia, as you will be swapping terr with them for a few rounds.
Don´t swap.
Await critical mass and force russia to withdraw to moscow, then use germany/japan 1-2 punch.
And if you want to use tokey you are not expanding your IPC´s (need lebensraum ;) )

if you want to Hurt japan you should do the following:
6 inf in buryatia
2 arm in yakut
sink trn in sz59
Hit FIC with 3 inf 1 fig
Consolidate UK carier, 2 trn and 1 sub in SZ30
land uk bomber in novosibirsk.
Counterstrike Pearl with US if it´s viable.
This will force japan to do a lot of really hard chhoices, and if everythng fails allies can continue killing Germany with more or less 0 lost time.
