well i did find how to change to revised, etc…

i downloaded it, but can´t find the Revised mod anywhere…  Can anyone help me out…  (don´t really like classic…)

i have done the same in my game vs Mojo. (ie wiped out all russias offense, including Figs…) But im down on takns, and now concentrate oon holding the key german areas with Inf, Art and Figs.

well i did try (kinda why im asking how you would have done…)

it became a disaster, did 2 hits, he did 5!..., had to retreat figs after that…  so now it´s hard times comming…

You have (as i did) a 65% chance of killing the UK fleet and be able to do a amphibious assult on UK where you have a 90% chance of taking it.

Would you have tried it??

(the sea battle includes for Germany: 5 Fig, 1 Ac, 1 DD, 2 SS (2 Trn have troops on and doesn´t fight)

(Uk has: 1 BB, 1 AC, 2 Fig, 1 Trn, 1 DD, 1 Sub)

one thing you can do, depending on Japan starting strat, is buy large ships with US round 1, round 2 build 1 IC in alaska, to tank train, build large capital ships in Alaska if Japan starts to build offensive fleet.

Disrupts Japan´s attack on Russia, threathens Japan, manchuria, kwangtung.

But this can only be done if Britain can muster some initial fleet and move troops into russia for support…

This is a strategy best tryed outside the tournament  ;)

is that what you’ve been callin it son? shoot, you got it all wrong. take 1 pint guinness, take a shot glass, fill half with bailey’s, half with jameson’s, drop it in, and chug. gotta do it fast though, once the jamesons hits the baileys, its countdown to curdling. pour the baileys in first, hold the shot over the pint, pour the whiskey, and DROP. then chug immediately.

I allways considered it a good thing, that the allies abandon India and geos to egypt, makes it a quicker journey for Japan to moscow…

My imediate reaction to your G2 linkup, is that (i atleast) as Russia allways put my sub in SZ6 to prevent that. (and often it´s disregarded, or people send 1 Fig and i manages to submerge).

I can´t really see why people keeps sending it to SZ2.

Don´t think so, becuse it happens in the same phase Ie the combat phase, so i really don´t think you can SBR me and take Ukraine in the same time as far as i know it´s either attack or SBR…

Well i know after much trouble with my strat concluded that you people are right, no IC biuld should be done by germany…

The Idea is that it will be an Anchor in the begining, then you sit around waiting for Japan to turn up and Russia to start making decisions, then threthen Russia with 2 big stacks, Ukraine and the Japanesse coming, mmost likley thru Sinkiang…

I have the opposing view, easier to play allies, more forgiving to screw ups…

Screw up as allies and you still got a big chance, make a mistake as Axis and your in really deep trouble…
