      interesting, never thought of doing that …

      As germany, to answer to this I would still try to destroy both UK ships in the med, but I would land in Syria/Jordan instead, and concentrate on attacking Russia.
      That way russian will regret moving away their planes, and UK doesn’t get any stronger in egypt.

      don’t know what the rest of the game would look like, though …

      In my gaming circles, I think the wins were pretty balanced …

      I’d say the game is balanced, starting chances wise, but I feel that the Allied side is slightly easier to play, that they have some room for mistakes. The Axis on the other hand, if played against a competent adversary, of course, will have optimize every move and play real tight. I guess that’s what desert fish was saying …

      for sure … I would think it has a lot to do with the way eastern europe and russia is now divided … It gives a much better gameplay. On the original edition the eastern front was just a slab of land that did not make much sense.
