      Hello everyone,

      My name is Neven, born in 1985, and I’m from Bosnia and Herzegovina.

      I’m a big fan of strategy games. As a child, I had the chance to encounter Axis & Allies for the first time. Unfortunately, back then I didn’t really understand the rules, but I still vividly remember the fantastic map and the miniatures, they left a strong impression on me and stayed in my memory all these years.

      Now, in my 40s, I recently rediscovered the game and felt that same excitement again. I’m a complete beginner in terms of actual gameplay, but I understand the basic rules and I’m very eager to learn more.

      I would love to join the community, improve my skills, and take part in online games. I’m here to learn, have fun, and enjoy the strategic depth of Axis & Allies with other players.

      I’ve never played an online game before, so I’ll probably need some assistance when starting my first game. Help via chat would be greatly appreciated so I can make sure I follow all the rules and play the game correctly.

      I may need a round or two to fully get comfortable with everything.

      TripleA looks fantastic. I’ll wait for the weekend when I’ll have more free time, and then I’ll try to find a brave volunteer on the forum for an experimental game and my very first one.

      The maps I’m most familiar with are Axis & Allies Pacific and Axis & Allies Europe 1940. I’m hoping there will be some players willing to spend a few of their hours helping a beginner like me get started :)

      @barnee Yes, I’ve been there, but since I’m a newcomer, I didn’t want to jump into a game and risk ruining the experience for anyone.

      My idea is to first get a bit familiar with the platform, and after that I’ll probably look for someone there as well for a game that lasts a few hours.

      Great, and thank you for reaching out.

      Since this will be my first game, if you don’t mind, I’d like to start it by closely following the TripleA forum play instructions. This way I can make sure I know how to properly set up the environment and complete my first turn correctly.

      If that’s okay with you, I would keep the starting rules as default for the World War II Pacific 1940 2nd Edition map, and I would play as Japan, since I don’t have much experience yet and I’d probably get lost playing multiple nations at once.

      Please don’t hold it against me if I make a mistake or two :D
