Hey djenson, I live in the east bay, and I’m always willing to commute a bit for a good A&A game. I have pretty much all of the A&A games but I’m still waiting for my copy of AAP40 to arrive. I’m at school until the 18th, but after that I’d love to meet up for a game.

Most importantly, was the game fun and or exciting? In your opinion how did it compare to previous axis and allies games?

I’m toying around with axis and allies advanced, and I want to try and incorporate some sort of urban combat rule when fighting in the circular “city” territories. I want the rule to represent the increases of casualties taken on both sides and the dificulty in capturing and holding ground when fighting in major urban areas, ex:The Battle of Stalingrad. I’d really apreciate some ideas

So the game doesn’t come with enough tac bombers for japan? That’s just pisses me off if that’s true

Anyone know any information on the AAE 40 map? Or when any info on it might come out

Hey Imperious Leader, any chance you could use your pimped out AA50 rules to make an AAE set up for those of us who want something to sustain ourselves while we earnestly wait for AAE40, which won’t come out till June. I’d really appreciate it and I’m sure so would lots of other A&A fanatics.

I think that it would be really stupid if the United States income is sepparated into Pacific and Atlantic in the global game, because then the US player doesn’t really get to decide whether or not he wants to focus on Germany or Japan first, or how to balance a war between the two of them, because the allocation of resources towards either part of the war would already be decided for him
