      Well I’m a little relieved. Since it would more or less completely take a J2 attack off the table in bm2.

      That objective is a little different in BM2, if you look at the objective text in Triplea it a says: has not yet occupied French Indo-China
      I not sure of why they would alter the attacking to occupied if not to indicate that you don’t get the bonus even if you ncm into Vichy French Indo-China. But I can be mistaken and that would be valuable information.  :-)
