RE: My Musical Rantposted in General Discussion
i don’t even bother with most music today, i keep with the clasics, like pink floid and the bettles. theres only a hand full of songs from the last 10 years that i enjoy lisning too. and after that i just enjoy Canadian Comady bands like Bowser&Blue. to qoute a line from one of there songs: What is an Oxymoron, heavy metel music

i have to give the Red Banner to 2 Russian inf. that held on to manturia for two turns after repelling coninuess Japanese attacks were the odds were al least 2:1 each time. they were lost to an over welming force on turn 3. but it gave USA the time it needed to build a fleet that japan could not counter in time.

as i understand the rules are: RR, 2 hit BB no bid, 3rd additon rules, airbourne troopson anothor note i’m only home on weekends during the summer so thats the only time i can take my turns. but it should not be a problem with 5 of us.
and if worse comes to worse i have a freind that can take comand of the empire of japan.

operation market garden: Southern Holand September 1944, it was the allies atempt to bring an early end to the war by driving through holand to get around the sigfreid line. but in order to do that they needed to capture the 5 bridges along the one highway to germany. so they air droped the largest amount of paratroopers from the 82nd the 101st the british 1st and the polish 1st airborne units and then had British xxx corps (tanks) drive up to relive the airbournes.
they did not know about the 2 ss panzer divions in Holand at the time. the allies never got across the Riene in arneme. they took around 17,000 casultys -

i’d have to go with the medevil for several resons. one i’m a man of honour so it would be nice to back to a day when there was honour in war, and i’m not a big fan of push botton warfare. and lastly i’m a damn good bowman

i’d half to say spending enormus amounts of money to make an amphibus army to invade the US. only to have all my transports sunk in the middle of the Pacific.
