      ive done this i used a set of uno cards. i did it with neutral countries. took out the wild cards dealt the country cards into 5 piles. the non neutral countries got 15 ipcs to start(1st ic built becomes your capital i put a control marker in between the smokestacks) and no units. also no allies(lol unless ya want them). the neutral countries got 1 inf for each ipc value(east eur gets three inf put on it ger 10…). neutrals are considered 1 ipc. with the wildcards put back in the deck the cards are then shuffeled then 1 card is dealt to each neutral and kept hidden. whenever a neutral is conquered the winner gets its card. turning in sets of cards follows the same as risk. the free armies must be put in your capital(scince it has unlimited procuction).

      boming raids work very well for every ipc that germany loses thats one ipc the ruskies wont be fighting against.

      japan has the most flexability plain and simple. you start out with 3 capital ships. so that means you can end up with 3 task forces floating around. if the uk puts an ic in s africa i just laugh knowing that japan will end up taking it without too much trouble(or just bomb it massivly from madagascar LOL)

      in the begining of the game it is possible to take china singkiang and india and kill the american carrier on the first turn(taking out china is a must).if england builds an ic in india(lol) kick back and relax a little cuz they just gave you an ic.depending on if the germans are holding africa try sending a transport or 2 with some inf or tanks as that is where 1/3 of englands money comes from.a rich japan is russias worst nightmare. when nearing ussr with japan watchout for a preemptive counterstrike.if properly timed it will give ya a headache.

      i would say italy would occupy not sure what to put there. you have to be careful not to weaken england too much in africa. 1/3 of thier income is in africa. although the allies would have to do an operation torch. giving ger the time it needs

      the fighters kinda represent the tactical bombers the germans liked to use. but unfortunatly a&a is not historically accurate. for that i would try out advanced third reich or empire of the rising sun. a word of caution third reich is not a game you can “jump” into.

      i have

      one game i played, japan got VERY VERY strong and ended up taking out america after it crushed russia but not before england took germany with a massive stalemate in east europe so i ended up putting tons of bombers in the west indies and bombed them to death. to make a long story short it was a VERY VERY long game. that was the longest a&a game i ever played

      i think ics that have limited production that get bombed should only lose the max ipcs they can produce(india can only be bombed for 3 ipcs). or they can be bombed for production capability instead.
