No big deal. I am just not in tune with making a turn every 3 + days (at least not at the moment). So - I went into Japan’s turn on auto-pilot - attacked India, even though I had no intent to (nor should have) and it went horribly wrong - with planes missing in huge numbers. At this point, Japan is crippled and, as mentioned, I had lost my focus on what I wanted to do a long time ago (not your fault, I am just saying that the longer periods of time between turns threw me off).

yeah, I got involved in too many games, with work traveling etc it extend my play….I will probably wrap up another two games shortly. If I can promise a turn a day would you be willing to have a rubber match?

GG to you too - to be honest, the UK attack was a hail-mary. I think I was in bad shape long term - and even if it worked, then I have to deal with Russia - but - it would mean that UK was completely out of the game.

Well - I just didn’t want it to end on that sort of note. To be honest, I didn’t even realize it myself until the game brought it to my attention.

OK, good game.

I think the turning point was when you sent so many resources to conquer Africa and the Mid-East after you broke through Egypt.  Would have been interesting to see how it would have turned out if you had only sent a minimal force and kept everyone else in the Med / Europe.  Just my thoughts.  I was certainly running scared when I had to abandon Egypt though.

I think I need a little bit of a break to be honest (plus I still have a game against JWW to finish), but I would still be game for that rematch if you are.  Maybe in a couple of weeks?
