RE: Any thing from stratagies to house rules and to just chatting on how ya play..posted in Axis & Allies Spring 1942 Edition
hey, would it be a good idea if you added in something like a military encampment for like 5 IPCs that couuld produce 2 infantry per go (if bought) and that could be put anywhere. this would make the game mor intresting for germany, japan, america, and UK since they kind of have transport problems.

RE: .posted in Axis & Allies Spring 1942 Edition
yes it does because if leaving that british fleet in the pacific it could cut off 14 IPCs and capture a victory city and threaten Japan.

it might be too far aout to influence mainland but what if you used it to take over the pacific islands. this tactic could definety be useful and would really bug the japenese.

Is it better to storm egypt or just ttake trans-jordan on G1posted in Axis & Allies Spring 1942 Edition
what i usually do is storm egypy but attacking trans jordan could also be nice as it still blocks the british pacific fleet (for a while) while not as risky as egypt. also it meas taking egypt the next go with more guys and less risk.

what about if you build a factory on australia, move your indian navy to meet the australian navy in zone 34 and, if the germans havent destroyed the egyptian fighter, move that there to. otherwise what i usually do is move the indian fleet through the suez canal (if egypt hasnt been taken) of around africa to the atlantic.
