i mean using bombers to transport paratroopers say from england to germany. Is there some kinda rule for that somewhere

Is there a possibility of allied airborne assault in some optional rules? I think it would be logical for this option to be available for allies?

So im kinda new in the game and ive encountered a prob. :?

In a situation when making amphibious assault but u dont have to move your transport is it possible to just step on the transport and then off again in one move? Or do u step on the ship and then wait ur turn to move off it? It kinda seems to me the second option is more logical.
