I was looking to add Portugal as a playable Nation, They would start off as Neutral and actually be able to choose which side they wanted to Join as there is some historical basis for this. Anyway I was hoping that someone much more savy than me would be able to create The Azorean islands as I was looking to add this territory to the board and make it a strategic location.
