Thank you for the game! I honestly nearly missed that opportunity, as I was not expecting it. Then, suddenly, I thought: For the heck of it, check what the battle calculator says for Moscow… Usually I would have waited another two rounds or so to increase the win percentage. But I wanted to avoid a longer war with two fronts. I think I would not have defended Volgograd as strongly and put more effort into the defense of Moscow. I understand that you wanted to keep Germany from getting these tasty bonus points for Volgograd and Caucasus.
You successfully made me do what I blamed you for in our first game - I had to invest into Navy with Germany, LOL.
I advise you to take more time for your turns and to do more test runs locally. And try to avoid hopeless desparation battles as you did in the Pacific in SZ33, when your chance for winning was close to zero with less than 5%. The Allies are in the comfortable position that mistakes are forgiven and they can tike higher chances, but there should at least be some chance.

Well, that’s it - my act of desperation did not work out. Congratulations - I need to find a special weapon for my Axis to beat your patience with the Allies, LOL. And I believe I have lost all of my games with the Axis against you, because I didn’t take re-taking France serious enough, or too late.
This was another awesome game with many ups and downs and LOTS of action :-) I still remember what you said at the beginning: “I can’t believe it is still only round 2, so much has happened already!”
My Japan was as strong as never before, but this didn’t help against your well played KJF strategy.
I was secretly hoping to benefit from your longer break, but you seem to be stainless and never rust…
So I am looking forward to playing the re-match with switched sides, most likely in February.

I “provoked” a Sea Lion and then couldn’t deal with it - the Russian bear disappointed. And then, with 100% chance of taking Japan, I did not realize that Japan could simply produce a “missing” blocker in SZ19. Tried to be sneaky, building two harbors in the last preparation round for the invasion, haha. Well played by elche.
