I just checked the BM rules, and it speaks about Axis control, not only Japan, so Germany must also garrison captured Chinese territories:

I am just in the middle of the German combat and realized that I accidentally moved a tactical bomber to Finland instead of Karelia. I will reverse the fight in Finland, if you do not mind. I will edit back the tactical bomber and any casualty that yo might have.

You are right - I think it is about time to give up. Japan is no monster and Yunnan out of reach - it cannot threaten to win in the Pacific. With the Western Axis falling, the US can use all of its economic power to fight Japan. Japan can just be happy that Russia cannot build a factory in the East…

Guys, I recommended our leagues in a larger Axis & Allies Facebook Group. The feedback I get is that people are annoyed by the fact that play by forum does not work, and they prefer using the Table Top Simulator on Steam instead of TripleA.
