I remember a day when we were 8 for playing a game for 5 … we had to play 2 guys for each country :-D )
They should make it three players for each country… Army ,Navy and Airforce, each with one third the IPC’s… and you have to argue among yourselves over what units to buy and whether to give your money to the other guy… wouldn’t want to be playing the Russian Navy… still, you’d start with enough money to buy a sub or a transport LOL :-o

…and have people considered altering the IPC’s so that everybody has an equal amount of money and/or units at the start ? Kind of like one of the optional games in Mapview (Can’t remember the name of it… it’s where everyone starts out the same around the edge of a custom map with a large sea and island in the middle ?)

Personally I hope they keep the same rules… randomizing casualties will take a lot of tactics away from the game.

Distract the opponent with a food run, or a telephone call…
Then either ‘Sleight of hand’ them off the board… or replace them with enemy units (He probably won’t complain about that… LOL!)
Never have the problem myself… i just need to leave units near the opponent and he destroys them for me LOL!!

I bought and played europe first…for ages!! It took us forever to figure out how to win with the allies!!, but as soon as we got our hands on revised…well…there are only enough hours in the day, and all those hours must be spent on Revised…
Stay away from DDay and Pacific though… waste of money (Particularily DDay… and Pacific is a different kind of game entirely, even without the fact the japanese cannot lose by crushing India first…) :mrgreen:
