@gamerman01 I bought Anniversary during a reprint a few years ago and quite enjoyed it. Fun on it’s own as a shorter play than Global it was also interesting to see the progression of ideas Larry Harris followed on his way from AA to Global.

Sorry. The defense is to hold the troops onboard. IMHO this rule at least gives the allies a fighting chance in the Pacific where the Japanese are a beast.

Yeah, the convoy shot well. Had a bit of a SNAFU which you can see in the edit. TripleA has this thing where a crowded region will “steal” units dropped in a neighboring region. The software is generally good but this bug has got me twice. Anyhow, had to restart the attack to put 8 fighters into a sea zone instead of having them attack land units.

Better Italy than Germany but both are really earning too much…

Your games don’t normally have Japan taking Africa?

Forgot to move the UK-P battleship again. Made an edit to move Marshall as well - not being able to save progress and reload in this version of the software is a drag.

Thanks for the game! That one was crazy. I did the math after this last turn and was starting to feel OK but it was close for quite awhile - if you had managed to get Moscow then the Axis would get Volgograd for sure and that would have been the game.

@surfer You are actually in pretty good shape, I’d encourage you to play a few more turns.
