@midnight_reaper Yeah, it can get a little complicated as third edition rules didn’t come with an actual board. But what I’m basing it off of are Krieghund’s words and the game itself. When you first load the game, the third edition rules are set as default. And two-hit battleships are not part of those default rules. Not sure if to post here or in Triple A support, but is this map available on Triple A? There is a WWI map on it called “Domination 1914 No Man’s Land” but it looks considerably different than the actual board. Am I just seeing things or is it actually different? Thanks!

Does anybody play with 3rd Edition rules?posted in Axis & Allies Classic
I was wondering if anybody actually plays this game with third edition rules, especially on an actual board. The differences between 2nd and 3rd edition are relatively minor, but they do change the game:
“1. Defending subs can submerge or retreat from combat. A submerged sub remains in the sea zone and resurfaces after combat.
2. Planes can retreat from an amphibious assault.
3. There can be multiple AA guns in one territory, but only one can fire.
4. New sea units can be placed in an enemy-occupied sea zone (this was an optional rule in 2nd Edition).
5. Western Canada no longer borders the Atlantic Ocean.” -
