@the_good_captain That is a good question. Let’s go with no. (Because 10 Japanese fighters can strike at that sea zone, if I’m not mistaken).

@The_Good_Captain it didn’t do that in TripleA because I guess it wasn’t in the right “half” of the zone. I just rolled it here and I got a hit.

RE: Martin Axis VS dawgoneit Allies A&A Classicposted in Play Boardgames
An economic victory exists in this game for the Axis. All they need is a combined production of 84 at the end of America’s turn to win. No capital need be taken for the Axis to win.

And yes I agree, I like how short the moves (can) be in this version. It’s among other reasons why I like this version so much!

yeah I don’t mind NCM edits, just let me know when you do them! and thanks for the commentary and compliment!
Infantry is pretty good in this game, to say the least haha. Especially when you have less money and other items are more expensive. And because Axis generally have a lot less money, more risky to roll for tech with them. But next game I can play loopier ;D

Wow, what a move. Now I know I won’t win with the Axis, not against you
eh, sometimes I like to experiment and try new things with the Allies, so don’t be too sure haha

HUH???
Tested TripleA and to no surprise it doesn’t track this. This is from the FAQ I found online:
Can I have more stacks of bombers (or battleships, or whatever) than there are bomber pieces? If so, how would I mark them?
A. Marking them isn’t a problem, because you can’t have them in the first place. The number of playing pieces is a limit on how many forces can be in play. No one, for example, can have more than three bomber forces, or more than two carrier groups. So you can NEVER move bombers to 4 different places because the game only comes with 3, and you can never have carriers in 3 different places at once at any time because the game only comes with 2.
Do you play this way? This would change the game quite a bit. Tons of strategy involved with this.
Oh yeah that rule lol. Forgot about it in this game. I do like to play this way, it’s pretty funny and interesting lol. If you accidentally broke it by having bombers in too many spots, it’s fine, let’s just keep moving forward.

Yeah, they mentioned that sea example in the rulebook. I like how they word it. “The money is lost!” or something like that lol

RE: Kwas (Axis) V. TGC (Allies)posted in Play Boardgames
Indeed good game. I think I may have been too passive in the first couple of turns, not sure. I didn’t attack East Poland first turn, the “scripts” were a little vague on what to do besides taking Leningrad. (which I honestly don’t see the point of unless you taking Baltic States strongly. And even then…).
Russia’s income was pretty massive on this one, which was pretty funny. And Germany’s too low. If there’s anything I did poorly, it’s probably trading in the East.
As for you, you seemed to perform the “Rumanian Wedge” pretty well, whether it was intentional or not. Unlike the forum post, there was no battle there, because I tried to counter your counter. All it did was just kinda stalemate the situation there until turn 4. (The tank push scripts are supposed to hold Eastern Poland & Ukraine strongly there by turn 4 if you’re doing a 2 turn inf build).
When people were playing this game as Allies, maybe they were too passive and that’s why the tank push worked so well against them. They couldn’t figure out it, and called the game broken. It’s definitely a possibility.
