      Underground Factory
      C10
      Build (not islands) on any territory worth 2 or more icps.
      Build 1 unit Per Turn only.
      Cannot be damaged by SBR attacks.
      Enemy captures territory with factory, gets to use it on there next turn.

      Tech
      Spy discovers underground factory
      Can SBR factory up to 5 icp dam max. Must be fully repaired to use
      Something to this effect. If you have Partisans in game they could also attack it. Maybe 3 damage and must be fully repaired to use.

      Would this C10 be to low ? Pay 10 for factory, then drop a capital ship next to a territory worth 2 or more anywhere next to a sea zone.

      Maybe have it where you can only
      build a undergroundfactory on your own original starting territory.

      @Combat:

      I want to implement these pieces into our 39 World at War game but not sure how.  Any ideas?

      Could also use them for amphibious assault landing defense.
      -1 on Attack for all pieces landing for first round of combat only.

      Land Mines are a Single defense unit.

      Cost: 2
      Defense: 4 (d20 system)

      Land mines can move (1).  Must be activated to defend (country must state that mine is activated once placed or moved to desired territory).  If an activated mine is attacked, a defensive roll is placed.  Once rolled, activated mine is removed.  Attacing units that are hit are removed as well.  If mine is not activated and territory is taken, then its removed from play.

      As I said before, just make landing craft give some kind of boost for landing infantry, like they attack at 2 on the first round, something like that.

      Also, I agree landing craft are pretty much already in the game due to transports even existing however if you want to add landing craft, you can then “imply” that the transport without them are just docking at some port.

      Opinions and suggestions are always welcome.  I did notice that at $3.10 ours was the least expensive and the size is right for Axis & Allies.  Of course this is for a Single as well.  Once I create it in multiples the price will come down.  However, If you would like Better Quality, as far as print material, i do give that option.  I do admit, its a pretty simple design, not too much in detail on this one.
