Looks like Japan built a Labor Camp in Korea

Looks like Japan built a Labor Camp in Korea

Thanks guys. I will have to use those roundels on another card. These are already off to print. However, I am really wanting to grow my Decal Library so I will eventually be doing those as well. It will just take some time.
it might be awhile for the South American Roundels, other then maybe Argentina. I have to buy in bulk, so I would need to see how popular those would be. To build up some cash flow to afford to expand popular decals will be a focus. Being one who likes customizing, I’m trying to fill gaps, like the USSR flag. I like those ideas and will work on my way getting there.
My next four cards will be the following:
(1) A combination of Nationalist Spain and Republican Spain Roundels and Flags. 4 Sizes
(2) German Balken Crosses, 4 sizes
(3) British Roundels for Wings and indentification letters w/ Roundel for side
(4) German Balken Crosses for Wing and Indentification numbers w/crosses for side.
Wish list after:
(1) Combination of Austrailia Roundels with Kangaroo and New Zealand Roundels and Flag
(2) Russian Star for Wing and Star w/ number for side
(3) ? Maybe Axis Minors Flags & Roundels on one. Bulgaria, Hungry & Romainia.
(4) ? Maybe Canada Flags & Roundels
(5) Japanese Roundels & Flags
(6) US nose art with Wing, Tail. (being these are small you lose alot of detail in the nose art graphic)
I enjoy Dom’s decals however since he is across the pond it sometimes seems forever to receive your order. I figure I will eventually try to cover what he has for us locals and get so we can get them faster.
I have and that’s the problem with his website. It took several months to get my order. That’s what is motivating me to create my own, if not similar, of what he has to offer. Check out www.combatminiatures.org. I will have Roundels and German Crosses in the coming weeks for aircraft. If you have a request let me know.
You will have the Nose Art, Wing Decal and Tail Decal. Two choices

didn’t realize those pictures were that bad. See if I can re-post.
I’ve gone to Lowes and had them match paint and got a sample tub, a lot of paint, for $5 or less.
a couple new things at the website. New Flag Decal sets include Australia, Confederate Flag, Italian tri-color with Sheild and Tri-Color w/o and Japanese Army Rising Sun.
One of the new 3D pieces are the Oil Derricks & Flag Stands

the structure will be a little shorter then an oil derrick piece. I will have them on my website soon.
I entered this in House Rules also, but wanted to show you guys the piece. Will be the same size as my Oil Derrick, maybe a little shorter.
Once at War, Nations (of course Germany & Russia had them before WW2) created Labor Camps to assist with the War Effort.
Suggestive Rule:
Once at War with a Major Power and Owning at least (1) original territory from your opponent, you can build a Labor Camp. Must be built at Major Factory Site. Labor Camp will reduce cost by 1IPC on selective units (my house rule would be Infrastructure, like Railroads, Rail Stations, Oil Derricks, Air Fields, Ship Yards, Bunkers, etc) However, could be used on Aircraft or Artillery & Armor. Can be bombed and removed from play. Can be liberated. If Liberated piece is removed from play.
Cost: Depends on if you are playing 40,39 or 36 Game. 5-8IPC
Movement: none
Attack: none
Defense: none

Those are looking good……you will find that the more you paint the better and new techniques you will obtain. I like the Japanese artillery.
In regards to Cost, it depends on if you are playing Global 40, 39 or 36. For 39 & 36 it should take (2) Turns to Construct. 4 IPCs per Turn.
Submarine Pen/Base protects Submarines from attacking Aircraft and Bombing
-Can be upgraded to have AA Gun for added Defense
-Can sustain 2 Hits of Damage before needing to be repaired
-Must be built at Factory Site, (1) per sea zone
-Submarine must be inside to be protected, Does not Protect entire Sea Zone
Piece is sold at CombatMiniatures.Org

My question to be attached to this would be, if you upgrade a territory that is originally a 2 IPC territory, lets say the Caucasus, and it becomes 3 IPCs per turn. Would Russia then be able to produce a major facility on that territory?
Based on the list you shared, this would be the case in
-Caucasus (@3 for a major)
-West India (@2 for a minor)
-Western Canada (@2 for a minor)
-Alaska (@3 for a major)
-Egypt (@3 for a major)
-Trans Jordan (@2 for a minor)
-Union of South Africa (@3 for a major)
-Ukraine (@3 for a major)
No, Its a Bonus not Permanent. It can be removed and re-built.
Keep in mind receiving an extra IPC per round can mean another INF on the board. My house rules also include a One Time Plunder roll when you capture a territory that has an Oil or Iron icon (Customize Map). So technically you could get it paid for from your Plunder Roll.
Plunder Rolls-
1D6 per Icon (Some territories have Oil and Iron resources)
1/2 of Value of roll, and receive the extra IPC at end of Turn.
Example: Roll a 6 and receive 3IPC.
