      I do know that some finishing touches on the Rule Book are being done as we speak  Map and play testing is complete.  He had some issues with Artist, (3) to be exact, that delayed the game to be finished.  I estimate a fall release.

      Here is a picture of an Oil Refinery & Derrick.  We simplified the rules:  Once a derrick is built the IPC value of said territory goes +1.  Once a Refinery is built with Derrick then goes up +1 again.  Derrick must be placed place one full turn before refinery can be built.  Can be bombed and removed or taken over by enemy.  We play scorched earth as well, so if you want to burn before its captured you can.

      We use these on our custom 1939 Map as Infantry only Recruitment Centers.  Takes (2) Turns to build at a cost of (6) each turn.  We are on a D20 System,  And units have production schedules.

      Allows Player to build Infantry where there is no Factory.  (1) Infantry per Recruitment Center (can have more then one in territory).  Territory must have value of (1) or more.

      Land Mines are a Single defense unit.

      Cost: 2
      Defense: 4 (d20 system)

      Land mines can move (1).  Must be activated to defend (country must state that mine is activated once placed or moved to desired territory).  If an activated mine is attacked, a defensive roll is placed.  Once rolled, activated mine is removed.  Attacing units that are hit are removed as well.  If mine is not activated and territory is taken, then its removed from play.

    • Land Mines

      Movement: 1 (till activated)
      Defense: 4 (20d system)
      Mines are a single defense system once activated.  Active mines protect the entire territory from land units only.  When attacked, the defending player rolls for each mine until it is expended.  Once it is rolled its removed from play.  If mine is un active and territory is taken, then its removed from play.  Must be activated in order to defend.  Essentially, the mines are used for the first round of defense.  Once used they are removed.  Same as Magnectic (sea) mines
