House Rule for Global 1940:
OIL DERRICKS:
can be built in any of the below Territories that have been controlled for at least one round.  Only one Derrick per territory.  Can be captured by enemy units.  Can be bombed and removed from play.  This unit increases the IPC value of the territory by 1 for the occupying forces.  The added value remains till its captured or bombed.   The effects of the increase in value would be immediate, as the unit would be placed before the collect IPCs phase of the game.

-All Dutch Islands
-Columbia, Venezuela, Bolivia
-Central US
-Scotland
-Western Canada, Alaska
-Alexandria, Cairo, Tobruk, Trans-Jordon
-Union of South Africa
-Romania
-Iraq
-Persia
-Caucasus, Ukraine
-West India, Burma

Cost: 3IPC
Movement: NA

lets just say my trimming skills were not the best on the German Flag.  The sticker needed to be trimmed and that’s why is not a perfect as one would like it.

I’m using Sticker Backed Photo Paper.  One reason I started creating Decals for my website was that I couldn’t find certain Decals (USSR Flag for instance) in the sizes I needed for Axis & Allies.  Or the Union Jack and Italian Flags with the Shield in the Center.  For London as you can see I added the Roundal.  Union Jack Flag will be for FEC in India.  These Flag Poles I painted for a Friend.

looks like i have some work to do.  All Great Ideas.  Need to work on the graphics then the sizes.

we have be using a 20D Formula for years.  With all the units that HGB came out with you almost have to. 1939 Variant

Markings like these?  In the sizes we would use for Axis & Allies Aircraft.  Don’s has markings however they are too big for alot of A&A aircraft.  Of course these are just examples.  Obviously would need some Hi-Res graphics

I was thinking about Canada & WW2 India Flag also.  Maybe Republican and National Spain flags, just the bars, no Crown in the center.  Spain Flags would be on one Card.

What about Manchukuo?  Siam?
