Hey JLuna, I happen to live in Austin and would definitely be interested in joining a group that plays from time to time.
I sent you a message, kilroynothere.

So, I am trying to get back into gaming after my recent deployment. I am now in the Austin/Round Rock/Cedar Park, Texas area. Have there ever been any tournaments this far south? Or even just a place to meet up with others and play?
I like these, using them for sure.
Cedar Park is 5 minutes north of Austin. I have a several guys in the area that I play with and one that drives up from San Antonio. Unfortunately, we are losing two in our group to a deployment to Iraq next month.
I deployed to Kuwait back in 2005 with a National Guard unit from Texas. The recreation center had several copies of Risk available to Soldiers. I found out that about six of our guys played it all the time, so I asked them if they wanted to try “Risk on steroids”. While on R&R, I found a copy of A&A and took it back with me and needless to say, they were all hooked immediately. We still get together to play to this day.
That is good news. I truly hope everything works out for FMG. The support from the community is great to see.
I read this the day AFTER I had placed an order on the FMG website. I will remain a loyal customer and I hope everything works out for you and the entire company. But, I am now curious as to how long I will have to wait. Is there a delay with other items such as IPCs and neutral color armies or is it just the Germany army?
Played A&A for the first time in 8th grade History class for one week. Found the game that summer and had it all these years. Just bought the 50th Anniversary Edition this past Monday. Can’t wait to get it and play with my friends.
