you collect national objectives every turn once theyre completed. most of them you have to be at war. usa gets to collect at the collect income phase of the 3rd round. ie. the end of the 3rd round.

and china collects every round that the burma road is open.

as for the other guy, you dont need to control syria to use the canal.

just so you know you can go to historicalboardgaming and purchase however many pieces you think you need for pennies. for example, the pieces you need to play italy would cost a few dollars (3 or 4)

the tac bomber can only defend against the enemy ships conducting the assault, they cant attack any transports.

if the attacker brings a ship and doesnt clear the sea zone they can’t amphibious assault.

if they dont bring any attacking ships, the tac bomber can’t scramble, and the transports unload normally.
