anyone ever tried an eastern factory and pump out a couple rounds of Russian art in the east?
I’d like to try this in a sea lion game once, maybe in parallel with a US-Europe first strategy.
I’m not scrambling, that’s a great open against my scrambling possibilities.
I think Germany starts with 30 IPCs. Maybe you want to change your purchase to 6 inf 3 art or something?

The new proposed Alpha 4 set up changes might mean bringing more fleet back to the UK is a viable option.
