      @iwillnevergrowup said in I Will Never Grow Up moving AGAIN - Permanent location inbound!:

      I Will Never Grow Up Games is moving once more, for the final time to a permanent location!

      As a result, we will have very little stock available during the transition and new orders will be slower than usual to ship as we renovate/remodel the new location and prepare to move.

      We hope to have everything back up and running 100% as of Dec 1.

      Thank you for your business and your patience during this disruption!

      Well, as you may (or may not) have noticed, we did not get everything sorted by December 1st.

      Our new, Relocation Grand Re-Opening AND 10th Anniversary Sale will begin on January 15th (to February 28), 2023!

      Well, first of all, I’d love to have had a stash of the “Union Jack” roundels, for the British Raj (i.e. UK’s eastern economy).

      For my own use (and my own house rules), I’d also find it useful to have certain two-sided roundels:

      UK, with Canada on reverse Union Jack, with ANZAC on reverse

      On a related note, even though they aren’t round (and hence not “roundels”), I’d have liked for the factory markers to also be two-sided, with the minor factory symbol on one side, and the major factory symbol on the reverse.

      Having a reverse side on the air base markers – to indicate which air bases have scrambled this turn – would have been useful.

      I hope these ideas prove useful to you. I look forward to hearing what options you can provide for these ideas of mine.

      Thanks,
      Franklin

      I like the rough idea, “B&BP in SPACE!”, but I do wonder about the execution. Part of the joy of B&BP, as I understand, was in the mixture of ship-to-ship action and then the close-quarters combat.

      Nail that part, without the downsides of the original (once built, the ships were too big to fit back in their boxes and the peg system used to hold the pirates in place never worked right), and you might just have something.

      Says the guy on the sidelines, to the guy that would have to pony up to do the work…

      The original 2001 Axis and Allies Pacific game contained pieces they named “task force markers”, consisting of six numbered plastic roundel holders and six corresponding numbered printed cards. Their purpose was to allow a whole group of ships to be represented on the game map by a single marker (with a roundel holder to denote the controlling player power), convenient for situations where a lot of ships need to be crammed in to a tight space.

      I Will Never Grow Up Games has released our own version of the Task Force Marker PLUS a Battalion Marker!

      ca$5.95 per set.

      Each Task Force Marker or Battalion Marker set includes;

      6 Large Task Force or Battalion Markers with Roundel holder (numbered 1-6) (32 mm x 39 mm) 6 “Mini” Task Force or Battalion Markers for super tight territories (numbered 1-6) (32 mm x 18 mm) 6 Task Force Cards (numbered 1-6) (64 mm x 89 mm)

      Please note that these scales are NOT compatible with the standard Axis and Allies board game, but are compatible with the Axis and Allies Miniatures games (12mm/15mm scales) or other WW2 Tabletop Wargames such as Bolt Action.

      Axis and Allies board games are in 6mm (1:285th) scale for ground and varying scales for naval (1:2800 to 1:3600 approximately).

      If you have ordered and received your copy of Conflict & Chaos: Vietnam 1965 and it did not come with damage counters and would like some, please email us at sales@iwillnevergrowup.com with your name and mailing address. It appears some went out without counters.

      HOWEVER, if you can get away with not having them (for example, using your A&A red plastic counters) it would be appreciated as sending a set of 15 damage counters actually costs more than the profits on each sale of this game.

      I also need to note that the quantities of parts in currently supplied copies of this game are off slightly in the rule book. There should be;

      15 Damage Counters (not 28) 10 AA Guns (not 12) 14 Covert Placement tokens (not 16)

      And the unit tokens should be listed as sold separately

      IWillNeverGrowUpI

      Hi everyone!

      It appears there were a few misprints and missed updates in the files on the Game Crafter site. Apologies to those who have purchased this game prior to today.

      **Here is a list of errata and clarifications from any copies purchased prior to 23/08/2021:

      ERRATA

      CONTROL AND ROUND TRACKER MAT ARVN Starting Production Points should be 22, not 23. PARU Starting Production Points should be 13, not 23.

      2) GAME BOARD/MAP

      US Control Markers missing from the following territories;
      ** Bankok, Nkhon Phanom, Ubon Ratachathani. PARU Control Markers missing from all Thailand territories. ARVN Control Marker missing from Sadec. Country names missing.

      3) RULE BOOK

      Page 2: Armored Personnell Carriers are NOT in game (removed from components list). Page 7: Special Unit Rules and Placements: ARVN - “New ARVN units are placed in Saigon. If Saigon is controlled by Communist forces, ARVN may not place new units.” Page 7: Units and their Values: “*Helicopters are available to purchase by the US and ARVN player powers only.” Page 8: ANZUS: Anzus units deploy in Saigon, or if Saigon is controlled by Communist forces, Dixie Station. Page 11: Special Political Rules and Effects: Anti Communist Forces: The Silent War (Cambodia and Laos): add to first line “(Units starting the game in these territories do not count unless they move and remain in Cambodia or Laos)” Page 13: Bombers: “You may not conduct bombing on any territory you control” Page 13: Bombers: Bombing the Ho Chi Minh Trail: “Bombing the Ho Chi Minh Trail is not considered invading and therefore does not allow the VC player to gain additional troops”

      CLARIFICATIONS

      Can Covert units move on the covert map?

      No, covert troops remain in place. If they move, they are no longer covert and must be placed on the main board.

      PARU has units starting the game on the Ho Chi Minh Trail. Are those territories US owned at the start of the game?

      Those territories begin the game as ‘contested’/occupied and not controlled. If the Communist forces do not take them by the end of the first round and PARU or other Anti Communist forces remain, they will be controlled by the US (or other Anti Communist force).

      A few updates!

      Much of the 3D Printed pieces stock switched over to remastered versions. Most pieces moved to no stock management (ie: Unlimited stock, order as much as you want) This may cause some delays in large orders, but we will continue to create new stock continuously to attempt to keep up, specifically with high demand items Updated pricing (some larger pieces increased to ca$0.60 per piece due to increase in filament prices

      We’ve also found a much better material for the US Olive pieces. Stronger and more flexible with slightly better detail!
