You got a pic of the KV1’s ?
http://iwillnevergrowup.com/shop/index.php?route=product/product&path=62_93_94_100&product_id=417
Just realized I said KV1 when I was talking about the SU85 barrels being fixed! Oops.
Updated sculpts:
We’ve improved a few of the sculpts with long thin barrels (breakage issues); SU76, SU85, IS2, Panther, Elefant, E100.
Everything back in stock!
Still working on some new sculpts, including WW1.

@IWillNeverGrowUp really?!
That’s great! When does my package arrive? Should I PM you my address just to confirm?
Lawl.
Congrats to the winners of the 3 IWNGU Prize Packs!
They have all been shipped out to you!
If you have ordered and received your copy of Conflict & Chaos: Vietnam 1965 and it did not come with damage counters and would like some, please email us at sales@iwillnevergrowup.com with your name and mailing address. It appears some went out without counters.
HOWEVER, if you can get away with not having them (for example, using your A&A red plastic counters) it would be appreciated as sending a set of 15 damage counters actually costs more than the profits on each sale of this game.
I also need to note that the quantities of parts in currently supplied copies of this game are off slightly in the rule book. There should be;
And the unit tokens should be listed as sold separately
New printer has arrived and is running!
We are low on a lot of pieces right now but give it to the end of next week and everything should be back with 3 printers going 24/7.

Re-modelling a few of the units during this Canadian Thanksgiving long weekend by increasing barrel diameters on some of the more fragile pieces and working on some of the models that just will not print properly with some of the odd details (we went a little overboard with some details and have to scale back in order to print them at 1:285 scale).
Right now we’re at or over capacity as far as keeping up with demand (even with the printers we have running near 24/7). It doesn’t help that I had to throw out nearly everything that was printed on Thursday and Friday. I think the sudden weather changes caused some print issues that needed to be dealt with.
Amazon Prime day is coming though so there may be some increased capacity in the near future and we can get further models out in shorter time!

The key is to find a bulky looking one that doesn’t have flimsy thin areas that may create plastic flashing situations
For artillery and the likes the issue is thin areas (such as barrels and mounts) that break at this scale with little to no effort, even trying to get them off the print bed.
@Imperious-Leader said in 3D Printed Axis and Allies Board Game Pieces Available:
Can you come up with replacement artillery. As far as the OOB Artillery, they suck and having both light and heavy Artillery types would be great. Also, Flak Towers are needed…nobody does those. Battlecruisers would be nice.
I’ve been working on trying to do some artillery. So far they are all too flimsy for FDM 3D Printing. Tough to strike that balance between looking right and being strong enough.

@IWillNeverGrowUp hi any new ww2 models coming up 😃
For now, just the following;
The SU-76 should be in our shop by the weekend.
I’ve been working on some others as well but having some detailing issues when it comes time to print them (they look amazing as a rendered file, but only so-so when printed because of too much detail or tiny bits that don’t print correctly).
Also working on some naval pieces at the moment.
Didn’t even know that there was an age setting tbh … apparently the forum says I’m 19. Hah. I wish.

@IWillNeverGrowUp they look good. I’m not fussed on the colour I paint mine
Understood, but not all do. I’m going to go ahead and produce some in this other brown over the weekend though while I await the new filament.
ITALIAN PIECES UPDATE:
Alright, it’s 100% the dark brown filament. I ran a series of test prints with that and another, lighter brown, using the exact same settings and file and the lighter brown works.
It’s not the color I want as it doesn’t match (even relatively close) OOB pieces, but it works. I’m going to get a different brand on Monday to try out and see if I can’t get closer to the right brown.
Color sample that works;

versus the color I wanted;

Conflict and Chaos: Vietnam 1965 is a historical strategic board game designed by James J Campbell and published by I Will Never Grow Up Games through the Print on Demand service, The Game Crafter.
*On 2 March, 1965, following an attack on a US Marine barracks at Pleiku, Operations Flaming Dart, Rolling Thunder and Arc Light commenced. This intense bombing campaign, which ultimately lasted three years, was intended to force North Vietnam to cease its support for the National Front for the Liberation of South Vietnam.
Ultimately, the US involvement in the war in Vietnam was ineffective. On 15 January, 1973, President Richard Nixon announced the suspension of US offensive action against North Vietnam. By wars end, the Vietnamese had been fighting foreign involvement or occupation for 116 years.
Take control of the nine major powers involved in one of the most controversial conflicts of all time. Can you change the course of history?*

Just went to kick starter site for this game and all comments and such have been removed. Nothing comes up.
Still there for me. Must’ve been a glitch? I know that the content creator cannot remove or change anything in the campaign once it’s completed except for the header image, create new updates and change the link at the top of the page so if anything is gone it’s a Kickstarter server error.
@Call77 said in 3D Printed Axis and Allies Board Game Pieces Available:
@IWillNeverGrowUp yeah there is something going on they are definitely not as good as the others
Yup. I’m about 80% sure it’s this particular brand and/or color of filament. I’m doing some trouble shooting to see where it’s gone wrong on those.
Pulling all of the Italian pieces for quality issues. Going to do a re-design and re-test. I have a feeling the filament being used is not the best either (our lighter brown pieces came out phenomenal, but the “wrong” color).
