Better spend the money at a decent ( yes expensive) restaurant. The rest of the time you can supplement with fruits during the day as snacks.

100% Angus Beef with extra extra extra bacon with large fries and a large drink! Around 10 Bucks.
Then we can relax next to the nice fire places and afterwards we can go to playland and hangout with all are besties :D

I think that Either Pittsburg or Boston will win the cup for the east while Anehiem or the Kings will win. Hawks are one of my more favourite teams however I think that they will be slipping up in the playoffs.
Now Toronto is a team that I think might win there first match up in the play offs but not all the way to the cup. Just toooo much inexperience and the team is still developing. Next year different story they can go for the cup unless they do some ‘great’ trades.
(I am not a Toronto fan)
Larry what you gotta do is make a second edition and have railroads printed on the map so people can only transport someways. Would work extremely well :D. This would be an awesome mainly because Indian units should not be allowed to help fight the Germans and Austrians on the Eastern front on turn 3

Well Cruisers additional movement is useless if you use these optional rules. Guess they made cruisers even more useless
I was going to say Battleship however now I am think submarine. Just the thought of being under the ocean or sea and sending torpedos to knock out ships like an aircraft carrier ;) would be awesome.
However being an awesomely huge ship like a Battleship would be awesome because you are generally one of the more important guys who will make the big decisions for the fleet.

Taking Tuscany doesn’t achieve much. You have a chance of losing one unit and after that the Rome garrison is moving to Tuscany anyway. Only time I do those kind of small attacks is to let the opponent move their units the ‘wrong’ way. If that sz bordered Naples, that would have been a good choice, but Tuscany is pointless.
It doesn’t achieve much, but it doesn’t cost much either. It also reduces the amount of spaces between Vienna and Rome by 1.
Foring Britain to reinforce Scortland is not worth it. They have troops there anyway and if two German units land there (survivng mines) they are easy meat for the British homeguard.
And building a BB every turn with Germany leaves you around 30. The same (or less) as France. Then there is Russia and Italy.
…and the CPs have Austria and the Ottomans, which both make more than Russia and Italy.
The German navy isn’t for landing in the UK, it for preventing the UK from landing in France. As far as the argument for a German navy, take a look at this. At the start, the respective alliances have the following incomes: CP - 77, Allies - 113.
If the CPs control the sea, you cut off 50 of the Allies IPCs, shifting that to CP - 77, Allies - 63. Now there is a cost by the CPs to maintain the sea advantage and the UK can build in India, but that is too far away from the western front to matter. The CPs have no chance if you don’t prevent the UK and US from landing. I think I have said that a time or two so far.
And every strategy Germany comes up with is seen five turns before Paris is reached. So if Germany goes all Russia, everybody sees that before it is too late. Same goes for every other strategy.
No point in going all Russia. Paris/Rome is the easiest victory condition to meet.

The British then will make a navy because the Germans are. The German incom is gone. The British already started with a larger navy and have the French navy so now Germany has less income then France to fight them. This would make the allies very happy. Germany going all naval. You just cancelled half of the Centrals income how are you going to win!!!
Also the British don’t need to send troops to France they can build troops in India.
If Germany builds navy it will be so it can keep its shores safe in the mines not to be a threatening force that can take on the other navys in an offensive role.

As in my opinion I find ww1 a very ‘fair’ war. There was never an exact clear winner until the very end.
If an Indian IC is not the way to go then how does one slow the Japanese down?
If you say let Japan go wild and just mass shuck to russia to kill Germany will work before Japan is a threat. Will the allies be fast enough?

I am going KGF strat I just think that the Japanese need to be contained. It isn’t like him and I are master axis and allies players.
I think that If I send Russian support of infantry while those infantry are replaced By the other allied infantry I can still hold the wall against Germany and stall Japan.
When I play 1941 and I am Japan I get out of hand and destroy everyone. Even if Germany is about to fall I have all of Asia by then. So I don’t want that happening in this game that Japan pumps 6 tanks a turn with nothing in its way to Russia.
Once I have a higher paying job I plan on buying some nice things from them :)

From what I have read they seem worth it.
If you get 10 together when they attack they will destroy from what I’ve read. Also the nations that most likely should use tanks are Germany and Great Britian then Austria Hungary and France depending on the situations of coarse. If a central powers win is coming up the game might take 17 turns so the German tanks might be worth 8 infantry depending on the usage you use out of them.
So I have never played classic. I have played Europe, E and P 40, and 1941.
My friend has it and once we both have a day off work we plan on playing it. I’m going to be the allies and him the axis. I clearly can tell the allies have a higher probability of winning. I already know the basic shuck shuck with U.S.A. And the infantry with few armor buy (if any) as Russia and only attack when a counterattack is very low. But as the UK/GB I want to know if that buying a complex for India is a good or bad move. Also if U.S.A. Should build one.
Side note: He thinks Axis have advantage and I disagree.
I believe we will be playing must take 2 caps/ take everything approach as world domination is always fun.
We won’t be playing with a bid however I may give him a token of 10 free ipcs as he probably won’t take it to prove his ‘awesomeness’.

People who just saw this game at a local store and said ww1 this is my favourite war. Then realize this game does not have enough pieces for them.
Saying you have pieces from other ones shouldn’t be an excuse for the developers. They should have double the German infantry from the set up and double for UK. I understand it cuts costs slightly but comeon. In Risk I never run out of pieces.
So how do people feel about the Calgary Flames on a 13 losing streak.
