      This is the starting position. I’d recommend reading up on all of the rules first.

      Turn order: GER, USSR, JAP, USA, CHA, UK, ITA, ANZAC, FRA

      Note bonus IPCs and the political situation (only Japan/China, Ger+Ita/UK+FRA are at war at first). Also make sure you understand scrambling planes and other bombing raid rules.
