You can move them with edits.  Sometimes the the save gets glitched and units cannot move.  Regardless, it won’t matter unless you can get a victory city with the UK.Â

Actually I can’t even move them with the edits.  I’m not going to worry about it.

There is some “bug” in the game.  it is not permitting me to attack Yunan with my airforce in India.  Infact, it won’t let me touch the planes in anyway.  I’ll try to figure something out that is fair.

Russia is real hard to play.  I think I’m good with UK, USA, and especially ANZAC (whom are vitally important) but I keep f-ck-ng up the Soviets.

I almost moved the Anzac carrier to Java this turn.  But I would have had to spend the 15 PU on a Java airbase to scramble Americans to protect the carrier and fighters from Kwangzi and Philippines (Anzac sub can’t block CVs) which meant no transports and no real possible attack from Anzac next turn.  I may regret that.
