RE: Do you want canada as a powerposted in Axis & Allies Europe 1940
short summery.
canada has its on runndels, all provences will be repersented, problelys going to get an indestry, anzacs got there own guys.buildings
so i think they will be a power with a minor indestry in quebec major ontario, air bases in newfoundland, naval bases in b.c nova soctia and newfoundland.men
maybe 4-6 infantry 1-2 artliery 1 destroyer 1 transport and 1 cruiser.thats what i would place in canada.

RE: Technologyposted in House Rules
@Brain:
What I meant was US and UK defended France, not the french.
Well my point was that I really don’t know if you can say the US were on hand to defend France… little late for that.
Now as an offensive boost?
Definitely!!In fact, maybe there should be one of those 1:1 matching rules: for every US, UK, Cdn or Polish land unit present the French player can prevent one of his French units from surrendering / imitating an AA50 auto-killed transport?
LOL#463
thenshot them then all the french will be mine

RE: National Advantages for AAA50thposted in House Rules
i love italys advantages
Italy:
Co-Axis Strike Once during the game at the start of Italys turn, the Italian player may declare a joint strike. Italy completes their turn as normal, except they skip the combat move and conduct combat phases (Italian units may move in the noncombat move phase). During Germanys turn, the German player can move any of Italys units during the combat move phase and conduct combat with them, as if they belonged to Germany. Both Axis players must agree on attacking casualties.Gustav Line All German and Italian infantry in Italy have a defence value of 3.
Mountain Fortresses All Italian and German units in the Balkans territory are immune to offshore bombardment.

RE: Europe Map Projection Reduxposted in Axis & Allies Europe 1940
Also, since Japan can scramble, should the UK be able to scramble? Even if it is divided into two or more territories?
i agree the brits should get to scramble off thier home land i think its similar size to japan.
