@hms-serapis Germany can likely bomb London and London can likely bomb German held Paris. I saw the Germans strat bombing factories in Russia in Operation Skyhook but that was late game. you can also bomb railroads and docks/ports/airfields to halt lend lease delivery or help surround a city.

Yes, it’s any 2 Soviet cities. Cities are only territories in the shape of a circle (or semi-circle on coastlines). We tried to remove all of the other city names from the V-2 map and replace them with regional names.

Murmansk does not have a circular territory and therefore is not considered a city territory. It exists in the territory of Kola. The only reference I’ve seen for those types of cities like Vladivostock and Murmansk is Red Cities in the Elite of the Soviet Union expansion set. I think they were probably put there for aesthetics.

With some thought this is good for USSR. They can now take out India and the middle East from British if they wish. Or many other possible causes… it opens up the game. Allies can attack Russia true but it’s a 2 way street here.

Edit: USSR may want to wait a few turns on this so its income is higher. And the US jump in income is also smaller.

I thought that the French preferred clean white uniforms that they could quickly improvise into flags of surrender! :-D
