    • RE: Man your Veritechs!

Ok, I just donated $15.  Veritech donated to Variable because I hate to paint.  This may be his payback to me for getting him sucked into the AA mini game, I hope not

On a side note, I wish they would make a G.I Joe miniature game.  All those cool units in a miniature scale would save me the $$$ and heartache in trying to re-aquire the toys.

If Guad played like Variable’s Midway game, It would be my favorite one for sure……as long as the Dice Box goes in the recycling bin.

Nice, save the check, send pieces! :-D

I can’t go a week without checking your list and telling myself “I don’t need another one, I don’t need another one.”  Expect an order from me soon in the future.

Yea, all the miniature questions you have will be welcome at forum mini. A lot of folks here minimize this section of the forum per lack of interest. Pity.

    • RE: I own too many Axis & Allies games!

I took my 1999 Europe, 2001 Pacific, 2004 Revised, 1942, 1942 2nd edition, and 1941 and put them into Artbins. Like you, I left specific campaign, global, and AA50th in their boxes.

    • RE: Dice battle box

Haha, I hate that battlebox.  It should be filled with JuJu Bees and brought to the nearest movie theatre.  Unfortunatly, I better keep the damn thing to keep my game complete.  I don’t think I’ve ever seen battle boxes for sale anywhere, even eBay.

Guad would play so much better if they used Variables “Battle of Midway” combat system.  Still, Guad is a fun game.

    • RE: Why is this version cheaper than 1914?

      @toblerone77:

Save yourself some heartache and just get both. Ask people who wanted AA50 (Aniversary Edition), AAP/AAE 40 first edition how hard they’re kicking themselves for missing out. With the big box expensivee games it’s worth it to buy when you can because you never know how long they’ll be available. Amazon has AA42SE for significantly less and the price seems to be coming down. There are however some seriously ignorant people on EBay right now trying to flip AA40SE games for stupid prices while still in print. This is an indicator of idiots trying to flip collectibles that they don’t know much about.

+1.  Don’t miss out on any AA game.

Most, if not all retaliers are sold out of starter sets.  You do see them on eBay form time to time for about $30-$50.

Another good place to check is 12-7 games and of course eBay.

    • RE: CSI shipping

When ever I order from CS, they say it takes one week FedEX ground from FL to SF and so far the 5 or 6 orders I’ve placed have been just that.  My 1914 is scheduled for delivery today and right now the tracking says it’s “Out for Delivery.”

      Haven’t failed me yet :-D
