I personally like Japan to support what i am doing as Germany.  If I do Sealion I like Japan to go after India and/or the Aussies.  If I am doing Russia,  I like japan to help out against Russia.

i personally like the way oil is done in A World at War.  I have added it in house rules where you need a certain amount of oil in order to do certain activites.

u get the value for territories and for capturing the capital you recieve whatever cash they have on hand.

i always enjoy being the Axis in just about any WW2 game.  Mainly because I can choose the course of action

yeah a world at war operated on this system with russia having seperate victory conditions in games with more then 2 players

as per the rules on china they can build inf unless they have the burma road when they can build arty also

I like the fact that the axis players win if either side wins helps balance the whole focusing on Germany or Japan first.

he is including the money from siberia which is correct in the global game.  Also russia and the United States do not recieve their NO unless they are at war with a major power ie germany italy or japan.

hate to say it but if the allies are capturing axis capitals its probably game over all ready.  Its not like there is a turn based victory system a la A World at War.

doesnt happen every game just generally what i shot for as italy can get huge if you give it a chance.

i have to agree with mantlefan.  I like a strong italy usually taking all of africa and them having southern france and greece helps them alot with early ipcs.

i strongly agree with buying transports even if the uk buy inf and u decide to not attack london u can use them versus russia.

as far as i know fighters escort at the same value whether u have the tech upgrade or not

i generally just use the russian fleet to keep the german player honest.  Was fun one game the german player attacked and destroyed an american fleet but forgot to leave anything in berlin and the russian player captured it.

thats y i like to have build transports at least 2 on the first turn if for no other reason then to reinforce norway if sealion doesnt happen and yes the ic in the ukraine is very nice if u do decide to go for russia

personally i like to use subs and aircraft to counter an american counterattack on london.  I usually go for sealion unlesss the uk player heavily builds up and its great to have cheap units to lose versus a usually powerful american fleet.  Also one just to keep russia from its NO
