      …well, yeah, with those land-scrambles and Low Luck it makes sense to do a partial scramble.

      I assumed you wouldn’t scramble Voronezh. You could kill 1-2 inf and maybe keep the territory, but surely lose your scrambled aircraft.

      …well, I used default OOLs everywhere, which means strict Combatstrength order, not price order. Feel free to edit if you want.

      Had to think a while if I wanted another round in Pskov. 75% probability said it would be good, but 25% said I can’t retreat and lose my army. No need for such a risk, I already had very good dice with Russia this turn. Two sucessful researches in three turns is very good with only one ResearchCenter.

      …well, I dont get it with those DDs. USA has ImprovedDDs (via UK), and the Italian sub can still submerge. Is it delayed Tech Activation, or should I just have ignored the question “should sub submerge”? Because if the sub can still submerge, of course I wouldn’t have attacked that sub. Can’t win anything, can lose something.
