Hey Field Marshal, no problem in posting on other site, I put them out here to share……  Sorry so long in getting back to ya, I hadn’t been on here for a while.

I have another idea that I’m might post soon if there’s am intrest…  It’s two documents that I use to track the game for fun and if there is a mistake you can refer back.  The’re simple, I didn’t want it to be time comsuming.  One is a grahpic global map and I just fill in the territories as they change powers.  It interesting after a game to flip through the images and watch how this changed hands and played out.  The other is an exec spredsheet that tracks the powers IPC count, keeping a real time comparison of the balance of power with percentages and graphs created when the IPC numers are put in.

Are there any Victory City charts for G40 2nd ed.?

Yea that was a poor example that I made and poor argument in what I was trying to say.  I’m going to regroup and state my case again……  thanks for all the feed back…

In other words, if Germany was able to knock out the AB in the UK, and the UK saved their fighters for a naval battle in 110, could the UK scramble to protect 110 on that German turn?

Scrambling occurs before SBRs, so bombing a base won’t prevent scrambling in the same turn.

Then let ANZAC take Rome, they know how to use that money, man.

We’ve done this in every game since we started playing Global; we just thought it made sense.  West India goes to the Pacific side, while British Columbia/Yukon go to the Europe side.  This results in a simple +1 Pacific UK / -1 Europe UK IPC switch.  However, any Middle Eastern neutrals later captured get administered from London, of course.  Your point, however, on second thought, about the minor IC in West India may actually be what the designer(s) had in mind when they chose it.  I don’t know myself.  We’re still going to play with this house rule until they just make official.

So do you have some fancy rule for Italy switching sides in the game? 
I understand the history, but not directly sure how that would work with a game.

agreed. Red should be the soviet color. But it not a big deal. I can tell the difference. And since turkey is now completely impassable w/o making a stupid attack, the italians and russians will probably not see action against each other.
