Yes, in the video AH is urged to finally face reality and capitulate - but he is continuously rejecting to do so. To not give Churchill the satisfaction and also because he believes that he might even still win the war in the end.

Regarding Germany’s turn in the game - I believe the German Navy and Airforce are just not made for naval battles. Let’s see what the Allied Navy will do.
