Not yet. we are close but are still working some things out.

When russia invades manchuria(was japanese at start of game), will russia get the territory or will it turn to china(communist?)?

Can you build new Fortifications in territories that never started with one?  And, where would they defend from?

Is it just like G40 where you take over a territory with a major IC, it gets downgraded to a minor IC?  And also, is it against the rules to build a major on non original territories?

By that I mean, what if ANZAC takes a territory in Africa or Europe? They get the IPP’s, don’t they? But if FEC does it, it automatically goes to the UK?

Yes  Anzac gets it if its an Italian territory or German. If Anzac takes back an allies territory its considered liberated and goes back to the original owner if they still
Control there Capital.

Or as for me ,If anybody adressed allready what I was going to say anyway or even better I just give him a plus 1 for that. But I do give a minus for bad language or an insult.
If you have a diffrent opinion? it’s ok. We agree to disagree, but if you start to insult somebody as a protest I do minus that.

The color choices were poor in my opinon. The green for pro allied neutrals is distracting and loud compared to its grey and white neutral counterparts.

If ever a new edition of this map is made I would much rather the neutrals be similar colors, and beneath the territory name it indicate their leaning, and perhaps some minor rules there too.

For instance
Brazil might say

Brazil (Neutral)
(Pro-Allies after US is at war)

While Mongolia might say
Mongolia (Neutral)
(Pro-Soviet if Japan Attacks USSR)

Now I just need a PDF of the map.

There is a modded map with ww2 era units that is fun to play.
Has alot of nations as well.
Ill link it. Thinks its world in flames or somthing along that lines. Really fun though i have no one to play with, so i just invade the other nations.
You start off with units and a few factories, oil drills and defenses.
Also has a nice year counter that opens up new unit production. Think there are a few super weapons (germany has V2 installation. Cant recall the others. Check it out and maby we can play some time.

Not that I ever bid before but if we would I think your restrictions sound very good.
If I ever bid I think I bid Germany for +8 (destroyer in 113 or 114 and then go SL ;-)) or UK +7 (TRS in SA with the DD).

No PBEM, No PB Forum, unless all of the information required is handled for me.  We can always save and continue later, the name is ghr2 on Triple A.

Looking for partner or 2, preferably someone who has great experience with global already who is also going to gencon.  I have a lot of experience with the 2nd edition of global (around 4-5 dozen games under my belt).  I just don’t want to scramble for a partner at the last minute like last year.

If no bid, then its really easy for the axis :).
