@trig Wow. I never would have noticed the black center on those roundels. Thank you for that. And the links. And the explanation. (The Mutawakkilite Kingdom of Yemen went from possibly the most boring flag of all time to a pretty cool one in one decade!)

Question 2: If you are using optional rule 10.2, then yes.

Doesnt there need to be an airbase there?

Hoshi, you are so meticulous and clever! You are absolutely correct. There is no airbase in the Netherlands, so my answer is WRONG. Great catch, my friend. 8 )

@ghetty said in Air Transport logistics:

I’m just trying to figure out the logistics of Air Transports. During a non-combat move, can my Air Transport fly from one zone to an adjacent zone, pick up an Infantry, fly to another adjacent zone, drop it off, and then return to it’s original zone (assuming I’m within it’s 6 or 7 move limit)?
      Thanks.

Thanks for bringing to our attention that this was omitted in the rule book. The Air Transport may continue to move up to the limit of it’s movement capacity after it drops off an Infantry class unit on Non-Combat Movement and then land in a friendly territory. The Air Transport and the unit being transported do not have to begin the turn in the same territory. The Air Transport may only transport 1 Infantry class unit per turn.

Yes, it is missing from table 9-9.

The (1) value also appears in red besides the Medium Bomber on the Battle Board, confirming its interception value.

@noneshallpass I appreciate your emphasis on the owner of the airbase, but for the FAQ clarification, and the fact that all allies may use each other’s facilities, defend together, etc. I think a change in wording about the adjacent space, from “it has” to “there is” defending units or facilities, would bring it in line with my understanding. May be wishful thinking…
