I thought UK was not considered an island because it is surrounded by more than one sea zone, so in this case no scrambling to the sea zone would be allowed multinational or otherwise.

RE: USA Too many IPCs? Too much Power?
I agree the USA has to much IPC power for a competitive game. It seems that if all players are equally skilled in their gameplay that the Allies will always win. I would be interested if anyone has tried a game with no IPC bonus for the US. This may allow for a balanced competitive game.

RE: Scramble stop bombardment???????
Japan is quite a large land area but it has only one sea zone, does this mean Japan is considered an island and scrambling is allowed? Great Britain and New Guinea appears smaller and cannot scramble. Can someone confirm Japan may scramble into it’s sea zone.

Can a damaged battleship still do a bombardment?
If a battleship is left unrepaired can it still do a bombardment during amphibious assaults?

Island Fighter Scramble Range
A friend of mine and I are having a disagreement on fighters defensive scramble range. I say that a fighter can scramble only in the sea zone in which the island is in. My friend believes that it is the island sea zone AND all surrounding sea zones.
Who is right?
Thanks for any help.

RE: There are not enough Italian Roundels!!!
I had the same problem and solved it by printing small clipart Italian flags on card stock. The little flags work well and allows Italy to dominate with no inconvenience.
