Now I have seen people say that no bid has trumped all . Not true bid votes out do no bid votes in all . So most people feel the need for a allied bid . Also the fact that no one ever post a topic do the axis need a bid ever come up on any threads for 1942.2 and how many time do u hear people talking about a allied bid .

Pull back make lines shorter and hope withe a good defense you can force a peace at some point no way the Germans could of ever win world war 2 . The biggest mistake they made was a invasion of Poland cause that brought the United Kingdom into the fight and the sun never sets on the British empire

Great idea this worked out very well Germany only took a couple places in Africa and Kerouac and east Poland at this point I put an IC down in France and Europe became very hard nut to crack and then japan did it’s thing the America went KGF so japan did what ever it wanted and took India Australia and Hawaii by this point Italy had Stalingrad so it was over only place allies landed in Europe was Norway but I pushed them back into the sea didn’t hurt that Germany had 10 figs and 6 bombers most of the later rounds I will keep playing a consertive Germany tilli see it fail

Germany was doomed after they invaded the Sovit Union . When they could of just keep going for England and I’m not talking about main land England but in Africa and then to the Middle East for oil and bring them closer to japan an Asia. People say Russia was preparing for war with Germany but would not be ready till 1943. My point is if Germany kicked UK out of North Africa and Middle East England would of been done . That would of been there best option . But still not a sure thing. The other peoblem was calling the USA out after Japan attack Pearl Harbor cause even let’s just say Germany beat England and knocked the USSR out of the war America had the power to beat Germany and japan on its own cause the atomic bomb who ever got the bomb would win period

I have been working on it . But I think the best start time for balance is January 1943 it’s was a time where the German 6th army had a month left till it’s surrender on January 31st but the soviet counter attack was running out of steam . By this time German army group south had a huge counter strike to take back Kharkov and he wanted to keep going to Kursk way before July when it happened  . The only reason it was stoped was hitler during manstien’s attack he has a huge tactical advantage . So Germany is first like in 40 ready to strike

And that 75% win as axis is only based off 4 games cause I always get stuck with allies with a 9or8 bid

I have never had any problems playing axis winning about 75% of my games. The allied powers are more of a problem for me. My last game today I was well into round 10 before Moscow fell and that should be a good sign if you still have Russia around that late. My problem was that with a KGF I could not get enough pressure on Germany to divert much attention away from Russia . At first I lost Egypt and most of Africa later I took the med coast of Africa back. Bottling German forces in the south . Also I never lost India I took France one round then lost it . After that point I tried to funnel us and uk forces through cacaus but it was to late also japan took aulstralia all of china and the Russian east . So my ? Is how do you stall japan and be able to put pressure on Germany to get them to back of Russia . And what is the point I should cut off my allied bid and take Axis

Ok that’s where my thoughts as well cruiser at 10ipc. But what about the battle ship . I posted some thoughts so did elk what is the best option .

One more thing on the cruisers main reason they need to change is they cost 12 but only can move 2 and attack and defend at a 3 but a fighter cost 10 moves 4 attacks at 3 and def at 4 so why would you ever buy a cruiser ?

Something should be done for cruisers as well like move three spaces instead of two or drop the cost 1 or 2 ipc not sure but in my games I almost never buy a cruiser or battleship so something for both my navy buys are almost always carriers subs and destroyers

Yes the CVs are the back bone japan learned this lesson the hard way they focused on building the biggest battle ships. America countered with fast CVs after a while the imperial army called the CVs (The Hand Of God) that’s shows how superior they where. But to make battle ships more better for game purpose only. The ability to carry  one inf is cool or have them cost 18 or have them defend at a 5 or have them costal bombard at a 5 I think any of these options and you would see more
Battle ship builds .  Or you could have them cost 22 and let them carry one inf and defend at a 5 like a dreadnought class battle ship that would be sick
