HA. They did one game. Got a free tech token. Rolled a 6 for break thru. Then rolled a 6 for Super Fortress. This happened on turn 3. OK can’t use until turn 6. So I buy 6 Super Bombers turn 3. ( 6 max ) Then on turn 4 6 figs for escorts. Then on turn 6 bomb Berlin. Lose 2-3 figs in dog fight and 6 bombers SBR Berlin with 2 D6’s each.
SO now I do like 45 damage to IC. ( 72 max ) wtf. Think 30 was max. SO now Germany has to to repair damage to build and also lost 5 figs in DF and no way they would keep up with just US buying figs and a bomber each turn with Germany losing 30 icps damage and 6 figs 54 icps. Even at 30 damage a turn still to much.
US I only sent 4 bombers next turn and money went else where. Plus bombers could A@1 dog fighting to. That’s pretty strong in d6 system.
So Crus had to change that in game to 1 d6 SBR that I know of.
Also another game Russia gets to defend @3 in winter seasons for Inf and art for all rounds and that was to strong too based on Russian inf cost 2.
Play test people so you have a for sure results.
I edit this at bottom here. It’s the B29 Heavy Bomber. For sure some of these you shouldn’t get before there time. But it’s what you want for your game.
