Well, OOL means ‘Order Of Losses’. Simply means that you must ask me wich units I want to lose. I have cruisers and subs at z56, so I could decide lose the cruisers to strike first with subs (or submerge them), or I could decide lose the subs if I think that I can survive the italian attack after the combat ends
