I don’t see how much a bomber can do in Egypt. The only thing you could do is send a russian fighter to Egypt and use the bomber to take it’s place.

I like a lot of fighters better than subs and destroyers but they are still very useful. Germany can’t really buy a lot of tanks unless they choose so. I think going down to 7-6 hit points is fine for a few rounds, any lower you’re a bit risking it.

I don’t understand somethings in the Russian Revolution. Could you please answer these questions

      a. whats the point of Russia’s purchase on turn 4? Because it does no purpose against the CPs.

      b. I understand 2/3 of the conditions to occur Revolution but I don’t understand this condition one(At least one other original Russian territory is controlled by the Central Powers or contested.)what turn does it refer to?

      c. On turn 4 AH is the last CP to go offense against the russians if they choose so. Is that correct?

So some answers would be great, thank you!

7 infantry, and 1 artillery is probably is the good purchase for Russia because right now I’m thinking does Russia really need air supremacy?

Just saying I rather have a small force than a IC to begin with in South Africa.

I just tested the 1 inf in egypt and it really changes Germany’s approach next I’ll test the more troops in East and South Africa.

    • Ottoman Empire's war plan

Ok, it’s going to be hard for them because you don’t know what the allies are going do to you before you get your turn. They can try kill you first, or hurt you badly, or really don’t pay attention to you which would be good. Most of your purchases should reinforce your empire not much should be going to Russia especially if the british get aggressive. Please share how to improve this strategy.

With 16 ipc you buy 4 inf, and 1 art.

      Movement
Move all of Constantinople forces into Bulgaria to activate it, then you use that force to go into Romania, then invade Russia!, or invade Greece and maybe other Balkans then go and invade Russia!, or do both by splitting your army.
If Trans-Jordan survives, then retreat the forces to Smyrna.
Even if Mesopotamia is captured, or contested, or left alone still move all forces from Ankara and Syrian Desert into Mesopotamia.

The summary is to help your allies knock out Russia by using your Constantinople/Bulgarian army and gain enough ipcs to push back the british out of your empire to invade other territories like Arabia, Egypt, maybe Persia and maybe India! Navy wise is not much, but if your tired of landings probably build a CV to defend, or if really want you could also buy a BB, or some subs to try to take the transports out or raid the allies Med navies to make the allies purchase more ships. Also when you want to attack India, build some tanks because there great offensive units and suck up hits and don’t forget to ask your allies for help if your capital is in danger!

So there you go. Cheers! :-D

Great job on the purchase, the infantry and artillery stacks were more important than I thought. I usually bought 3-4 inf then buy more tanks and aircraft or a ship.

The 3 bombers and 1 artillery purchase look as if Germany is going to do a lot of SBR on London for a sealion plan. :-D

Good job so far. The one thing that really helped was the eastern front because I didn’t have a good idea for Germany.

Thank you drsnidely, the Ottomans are pretty hard because the allies can really hurt them early. I’ll talk about them later but they will also have a part of taking Russia.

    • RE: More troops in Egypt?

ICinBrazil I think 1 inf in east africa is not a bad choice. But I feel like putting a few extra inf in south and east africa is one choice and 1 extra inf in egypt is another. Because if you do both you are making the British to strong in africa for the axis to take. Is this changing the question to more in other parts parts of africa or the inf in egypt? :-o

Black_Elk, I like your point about relying on rolling a 3 or less so you should get another fighter but I think a good russian player would usually attack Ukr which is hard.

    • Sub question

I know there’s been a lot of sub questions right now but I just have one.

Germany bought a destroyer and there was a russian sub in the baltic. On the noncombat phase the Germans place a BB there, then they put their purchased destroyer in the baltic. When it’s russia’s turn what are the sub’s options?

      a. It has to attack the destroyer and BB or…

      b. It can try to escape but the DD and BB get to fire at it.

      c. or something else.

      I hope this makes sense.

    • RE: More troops in Egypt?

Quick idea, lets say a fighter from Romania/Bulgaria attacks the DD in sz17, then you attack egypt with the usual 2 inf 2 tanks 1 bomber and you bought a carrier for the Med fleet, even though the transport gets killed, the BB is safe and you take egypt.

Is there anything wrong with this idea? I’m going to try this soon.

    • RE: Italy Strategy (Video Added)

Thanks YG. I was trying to figure a good Italian strategy to come to games. But instead it looks like I need to react to british attacks and make a good counter attack.

Can’t wait to see an ANZAC video :-D

    • RE: More troops in Egypt?

Thank you guys, that advice helped me. I didn’t see that the med fleet was exposed to air raids that much. One reason why I want egypt to have more is if I’m GB and I want to build a IC in egypt and than Germany takes it well that drags the idea. :-( So I must agree I do think 1 inf is enough and I agree with Argothair with troops in other parts of africa to counter attack. So maybe extra 1 inf or 1 tank in South Africa? So more ideas would be great. :-D
