There’ve been many country-specific national advantages proposed over the years (many historically based). A great place to start is The Captain’s House Rules Expansion (I don’t find his implementation of many of the rules completely accurate, but he has some really good ideas):

Agreed, I’m worried otherwise Hasbro might sue TripleA for infringing on copyright and being an unlicensed competitor (let’s be honest, TripleA is basically competing with the physical game for time the players spend on Axis and Allies, it’ll probably be competing monetarily if it was more well known). Buying the game will (hopefully maybe) show them that TripleA isn’t a competitor, but a complement. We should reward Larry and the playtesters for developing such a fantastic game if possible.

Hard to sue a platform as TripleA does not come with the games and is used for various other games as well. But since hasbro does not want to make a decent online version of any Axis&Allies game ( the 1 on steam is crap compared to tripleA ) they cant really complain.

TripleA is great for those with little block of time or that lives far from others that play the game, not everybody can leave the board standing there for 3weeks and if you can only play 2 evenings a week for 3 hours the game might take a while

Yeah. after 1943 the US advance was more slowed down by logistical considerations rather than Japanese resistance.

Agreed. I didn’t mean giving more units to the Allies though, I meant replacing a British infantry piece with an ANZAC/French infantry piece

Go to https://github.com/triplea-game/triplea/releases/

Click on the latest version (the top post).

Under “Assets” there should be a set of links. Click on the one that fits your computer (if you use Mac, click on the link with the macos, Windows, the one with windows in it, etc.).

Click on the file in Downloads. It should open up a TripleA downloader similar to the one you used when you first downloaded TripleA. It should open (if there’s an error, it’s probably on your end).

It’s a vast improvement over 2.5 but is very easily navigable.

That’s a better idea, especially since Japan is usually somewhat stretched to the limits on their declaration of war on the US.

6 French Resistance units 2 per each city they act like fighters but can only attack one unit per guy. The number of French units in the space is the number they have to roll to hit. Example: 2 Infantry each one rolls for a two or less. Ideas? feedback?
