Computer issue here zapped me mid turn after the first combat – does TripleA ever seem buggy to you? My laptop always seems to run slower when it’s up and my work computer crashes at least once a day (and more when I try to use internet explorer at the same time - it seems to like google chrome a little better).

I have a question. How did that American bomber land in Amur when the USSR isn’t at war on the Pacific map? I knew that it could reach, and I would’ve moved the fighters in Korea to cover z6, but Japan never declared war with the USSR and the USSR never declared war with Japan. (If you check out the file you saved at the end of R4, at the beginning of J4, it asks if you want to declare war - so they weren’t at war then and Japan didn’t declare war on J$).
Since you never declared war and I wanted to deny the USA landing spots, I specifically avoided invading Amur, Kazakh, Novo, and Timguska, and avoiding declaring war.
Page 36 of the Pacific rulebook, under Soviet Union-political situation, describes that a state of war with Germany or Italy lifts the restrictions of being a neutral power on the Europe map only. Not being at war, other powers cannot occupy Soviet territories on the Pacific map. Kreighund confirmed this in the FAQ.
