Better artwork on Convoy Boxes.
Airfield and ports omitted for your own house rules locations.
Cleaner roundels in territories.

Hello,
  I am sure many of you out there like me have the first Ed Global 1939 map.  I LOVE IT!!  I wouldn’t trade it in for anything!!!

I know there were many “asthetic” changes to the map.  Here are my main questions:

1. What specific territory changes were made in in the new one?
2. Will the old map still work with the New rules?
3. Will HBG continue to sell / support the origional Map?

Been working hard on this.  I have decided to add “optional” WW2 Leaders (Hero Units) to the game also.

Just to make it even more EPIC.

The set-up charts for this varient were made on the origional GLOBAL 1939 Board.  You may have to put the Naval Bases and Air bases back for it to work correctly.

Air transports had about the same range as fighters, and this prevents trans atlantic flights as well as pacific island hopping.

My portion of the testing is done. I know myself, Tigerman, and Coach are all pretty happy with where it is. Tiger is on vacation this week ('tis the season for that!) but we should see this coming out soon. I will be putting the rules into a more straightforward format in the coming weeks, but I’m sure Coach will have something to download in the meantime for those that purchase the map and want to get going right away. It is a very cool game!

So the map can be purchased now?

LeeCHeSSS:  I am responding to you here!  Maybe we didn’t get your mail?  If you could PM me your name and order number I will look into it but I don’t have any outstanding mails in our CS box….  especialy not 5 or more from the same person.

And your comment about European law in regards to mail packages…  thank the lord I am from the New World.

moralecheck:  We would much rather NOT send mail at all.  It is really a pain for us and bad press when some of our international customers don’t get packages.  Even though we charge a little more than the postage, that covers the actual bubble mailer cost / the time it takes to manualy fill out those silly customs forms / driving to the post office and waiting in line to send them off.  I will always recommend UPS service to all my customers because it has tracking and is fast.  And your comment “insured against loss”  :lol:  Have you ever made a claim to Canada Post for a lost package?..  that is all I am going to say about that.  Also difficult when you claim the item is a GIFT at low value so your customers dont have to pay VAT and other customs charges??

Anyways.  This thread is no longer about the NEW Combat Dice so I am going to leave it  :evil:
